Paint with Santa Party at Color Me Mine Kids (and adults) can enjoy painting, story time and one-on-one time with Santa. Kids will create a keepsake plate which features both Santa’s hand print and their own. Register to attend the party at 2:00pm on Friday (or another party on Saturday at 10:00am) $45 per child.

Lakeway Sing-Along 12th Annual Christmas Show supporting the Green Santa Project. Back-to-back performances will be at 2:00pm and 4:30pm at the Lakeway Activity Center, 105 Cross Creek. Price of admission is an unwrapped gift for a child up to age 18.
In the Big City
50th year of the Trail of Lights in Zilker Park There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Trail of Lights between Dec. 7 – 21, but if you’re hoping to get a first look, you can head to the Preview Party at 7:00pm on Friday December 5. There will be music from Quiet Company, ice carving, activities, food and more. Tickets are $25 (free for ages 6 and under).
Holiday Sing-Along and Downtown Stroll is a free, family-friendly event that celebrates the arrival of the holiday season and the joy it brings. Meet in front of the Texas Capitol for caroling and the tree lighting before heading down Congress Avenue for live music, shopping, art and much more. Magic of Hill Country Christmas Lights in Johnson City This holiday season bring your family to enjoy the magic and beauty of over 2 million LED lights spread over a mile long drive-thru light display, located 1 mile outside of Johnson City, TX on hwy 281. The display will be open nightly from November 22 2014 – January 1 2015 from 6:00pm – 11:00pm. Admission is free, but donations are accepted to help keep the display burning bright.
