I work with residential home buyers and sellers in the Lake Travis area and gather new information on a daily basis. This helps me establish the most current and accurate home value reports in the area.
You’re not going to receive an automated online (Z)estimate generated by an algorithm on a computer. Or a number based on sold (lagging) property information and public tax records.
This is a personalized report for the true value of your home in today’s market. And because of this it takes me a little bit more time to put your report together (approximately 3-5 business days).
Here are three things to know and do while I prepare your home value report:
1. First, you’ll want to “whitelist” or otherwise tell your email provider that messages from [email protected] are good with you. I’m sending you a personalized home value report, and it seems you’re interested in actually receiving it.
Also, if you use Gmail, I may end up in your Promotional tab because I send out many emails for home value reports. Just move emails from me into your general inbox and you should be good.
2. Your home value report comes in two parts. The first part is your price opinion and I generally take about 2-4 business days to get that over to you. Just let me know if you need something quicker.
Part two is your neighborhood analysis. I’ll follow up after you receive your price opinion and provide more details.
