You may remember his smiling face as Coach Graham Lubbock from “Growing Pains” and “Just The Ten of Us.” That’s comedian Bill Kirchenbauer, a Lake Travis resident and entertainer who is bringing his comedic styling to the Lake Travis community in the form of an upscale comedy club in Sonesta Bee Cave called Uncle Crazie’s Comedy Club.

It has been Bill’s vision for quite some time to bring something new to Lake Travis. And if anyone knows comedy, it’s Bill.
His zest for impersonations and ventriloquism launched his career when he won a stand up competition in Los Angeles in 1978.
Then he appeared on Late Night With David Letterman and The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. Carson, the King of Late Night, immediately booked Bill for 10 more appearances and the rest is history.
Today he’s a veteran of fourteen Tonight Shows, specials on HBO and Showtime, sit-coms, movies and more.
