There’s a colorful new party supply store that has made its home in The Hill Country Galleria. Welcome to Party Couture, your one-stop-shop in the Lake Travis area for everything you need to get your shindig off to a great start.
Rows and rows of latex and foil balloons, from simple birthday balloons to Disney character-themed, you definitely have your pick of over 100 styles. A virtual rainbow of party goods, tables cloths, goody bags, and catering goods fill the aisles, ready to match with almost any color combination you might have.
This keen attention to party detailing has been honed by years of experience planning her own parties and functions for friends and family members. Owner and operator Seanne Krogman spent her time in the party trenches, searching for that perfect party pennant or table centerpiece. Her own style shines through in the unique production selection throughout the store, many items from local artists and makers. Party supplies, wedding supplies, birthday party favors and handmade gifts all make this Bee Cave shop a must-see.
Officially opening their doors on June 25 of this year, Party Couture has been well-received in the local community and seeks to fulfill the needs of Lake Travis area party-goers all over. The choice to make their home at The Hill Country Galleria was not an easy one, but after a lot of market research — which involved personally trying out various corners of the Bee Cave area to see which had better foot traffic — Krogman made the decision. And it looks like it’s been working so far!
Although her background started in the medical field, after taking some time off to raise three children, her attention turned back to business again. Her talents were geared toward weddings and party planning, and ideas of opening a wedding venue were thrown around. In time the idea of opening a party store stuck, and the plan was set in motion.
“I’ve always been really involved in event planning with family and friends and originally we were looking into wedding venues since our kids had grown. This was a place that we saw and no one was here and it just kind of evolved from there,” Krogman states as she shows me around the ever-rotating selection of splashy party duds. For a shop that has only been open a handful of weeks, they are already getting big orders with more on the horizon.
Some big sellers in the store are their popular licensed products, such as Disney-themed party supplies (think Frozen or Disney’s Cars) for the kiddos. And to add to their rich array of party goods, Krogman is always on the lookout for the newest party favors in your local school’s colors, such as Lake Travis Football Cavaliers.
A percentage of each sale goes toward the school, which is another great reason to check out this Bee Cave party shop. And there’s always a quaint collection of handmade gifts and vintage-inspired lake ephemera, many from Creative Co-Op which operates out of Dallas.
