If you’re looking for play, tumbling and dancing for your youngster that creates healthy bodies and minds, look no further! My Time Kids Gym gives kiddos the opportunity to build confidence, improve motor skills and explore a variety of engaging activities like cheer, dance, tumbling, yoga and even tap into their “superpowers” in Superhero Time. And who doesn’t want to be a superhero?
From babies to elementary school-aged children, My Time caters to all ages with fun classes like BabyTime (for babies & parents), TumbleTime, PlayTime, CheerTime and YogaTime. These classes are perfect for toddlers who are ready to explore basic gymnastics and dance as well as older children who love gymnastics, cheer and dance, but not competitively. My Time offers a great 2-day program for little ones called Tumble & LearnTime (AKA MommyTime), which is a 2.5-hour kinder prep class focused on kindergarten readiness.
In addition to the giggles, laughter, upbeat music and obvious physical benefits, My Time students are developing fine/gross motor skills, self-confidence, problem-solving skills, social awareness and creative expression thanks to the brains and beauty behind My Time, Lorie Baez.
Known as “Miss Lorie” to her students and friends, Baez, a mother of three, brings more than 20 years of teaching experience to My Time Kids Gym. Not only was she a gymnast herself, she attended UT and has a BS in Applied Learning and Development with a specialization in Reading and English as a Second Language (ESL). Baez has taught at preschools and elementary schools for over 10 years, so she is already a familiar face to many Lake Travis families.
Baez and her staff of dedicated teachers brings a genuine love of children and education to My Time, which is why it continually gets rave reviews from parents throughout Austin. My Time is conveniently located in The Musicians Woodshed (Lakeway) and offer classes at Lupine Lane (Rough Hollow).
