Written by Todd Hower | November 6, 2015

LTL Weekend Nov 6 2015

Happy weekend Lake Travis!

High school football regular season comes to an end this weekend and you have two Lake Travis area match-ups. Lake Travis will battle Austin Akins and try to finish the regular season with a perfect record of 10-0. Vandegrift is up against Georgetown and looking for a win to finish at 9-1.

If you still need that fall family photo, you can catch the last weekend for Harvest the Fall Fun at Sweet Berry Farm in Marble Falls.

You have two options for Lake Travis area charity events this weekend and next. This Friday is the Lakeway Police Foundation’s Annual Gala, Boots & Bling Gala at the Lakeway Resort & Spa. Purchase your tickets for next weekends event, An Evening with Vince Gill at The Oasis on Saturday, November 14th and help support Austin Smiles.

You might want to post that Barton Hill Farms in Bastrop is closed this weekend, their last weekend – they received considerable damage due to the rains Halloween weekend. The farm was completely under water. You can see their post on their Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/BartonHillFarms/?fref=ts
