Lake Travis Lifestyle Weekend Roundup: June 23-25, 2017

Written by Todd Hower | June 22, 2017

Sunsets on Lake Travis! They have been absolutely stunning this week. With “partly and “mostly” cloudy in the forecast ahead, we should be enjoying even more of them.

Did you know the World’s Largest Swimming Lesson is taking place tonight in Lakeway?

The Lakeway Swim Center and Colin’s Hope are partnering to host a local lesson as part of an annual drowning prevention awareness event. This annual event occurs at hundreds of locations in more than 20 different countries on five continents over the course of 24 hours. The fun starts at 6pm!

Before we dive into weekend events in the Lake Travis area, let’s take a quick look back …

On Wednesday, Mandy introduced you to Vicecreme, a vegan ice cream shop that recently opened in The Oasis. If you haven’t experienced a plant-based, dairy-free scoop yet, you need to check it out!

Have a fun weekend, Lake Travis friends!
