Happy weekend, Lake Travis!
There will be a lot of people jumping into Lake Travis for a swim this Saturday at the 12th Annual Lake Travis Relay. This event is listed as one of the top 50 open water events in the United States and one of the top 100 open water events in the world!
Head over to Hudson Bend and Emerald Point Marina to cheer on all the swimmers for the start on Saturday morning. The race will finish at the Sundancer Grill on Stewart Road.
If you’re looking for a festival this weekend, you have a big city or get out of town option. Check out ACL Music Festival Week Two at Zilker Park or the 29th Annual Gruene Music & Wine Festival at the Gruene Historic District in New Braunfels.
