Happy Weekend! I would imagine that this is the kind of weekend car fanatics will love! Check out the 14th Annual Lone Star Round Up at the Travis County Expo Center happening today and Saturday. Up to 200 cars will head out to Lake Travis on Sunday for the Lonestar Round Up Weekend at Oasis Texas Brewing Company.
In this weekend’s Worth the Trip section, we’ll have you taking a drive through the Hill Country and out to Wimberley for the 17th Annual Butterfly Festival. Or head up north to the Dell Diamond for the Round Rock Express Home Opener.
We might see some rain on Saturday and that makes it a perfect morning to find your treasure at the Lakeway Indoor Garage Sale taking place in the Lakeway Activity Center. Hopefully the skies clear up in the afternoon so you can get around to the north shore of Lake Travis for Volente Olive Fest.
Whatever your style — cars, live music, baseball, olives, beer, butterflies and more — we live in a great place to do it and see it all. Enjoy your weekend in and around the Lake Travis area!
