It’s Official: Lululemon is Coming to Lake Travis!

Recognize that logo? Well, you’ll be seeing it in Lake Travis by the end of September …

The rumor mill has been buzzing, but today the news is official. Lululemon will be opening a pop-up store at Hill Country Galleria. And just in time for the holidays!

Lululemon, the popular Canadian-based athleisure giant, will occupy a small retail space at HCG. The store is expected to open by late September. Plus, Hill Country Galleria is welcoming other new tenants as well. Stay tuned!

We’ve been covering all of the exciting happenings at HCG like when The Ginger Man opened in April and the news about Saltgrass Steak House opening in late 2018.

How low will Lake Travis go?

With temperatures reaching a record-smashing 110 degrees on Monday, summertime in Texas is causing chaos. The state’s electrical grids are maxing out, animal shelters are in dire need of help, and the well-known Cavender’s Boot City sign (on Lamar Blvd.) burst into flames.

Closer to home, you have been watching our beloved Lake Travis disappear at a rapid rate (some of it due to evaporation). According to the LCRA, Lake Travis is currently 66% full (as of July 25, 2018). More alarming is the storage projection for Lake Travis through January 2019. Let’s say; it’s bleak.
