Formerly known as The Grille at Rough Hollow, Canyon Grille offers southwestern fare and fine food without the stuffy attitude.
Want to grab a glass of vino in your Lululemon? No problem. Got the kiddos with you at dinner? No worries. And actually, on Friday nights you can enjoy a romantic dinner with your special someone and Canyon Grille will feed and entertain your kiddos.

Exploring the Menu
From salmon to steak, Canyon Grille prides itself on perfect plates.
Sauces are made from scratch, ingredients are fresh, and fish and meats are responsibly sourced. At Canyon Grille, their mantra is they’d rather run out of something than freeze anything. In fact, they have an herb garden out back so they can perfectly season every dish.
On Friday and Saturday nights, Canyon Grille steps up their game with nicer cuts of meat and seafood items like sea bass for the weekend crowd. Plus, the drink menu features seasonal cocktails and a wonderful wine selection to compliment any dish.
Enjoying the Space
The view from Canyon Grille is picture perfect. The restaurant and patio overlook Rough Hollow Yacht Club & Marina, a gorgeous infinity pool with lovely plush lawns full of colorful flowers and towering palm trees. You can see the beautiful pavilion where Rough Hollow holds private events and weddings.
The Canyon Grille patio is now an all-season treat because it’s enclosed — large sliding glass doors can be opened or closed. With outdoor heaters and two large fire pits, their patio beckons you to stay for a drink and soak in the view. Since parking is limited, Canyon Grille offers complimentary valet service for lunch and dinner.
Nightly Specials
Canyon Grille is only closed on Mondays. They have amazing specials Tuesday through Sunday. Tuesday is taco night, Wednesday night features $6 martinis for the ladies and — thanks to Canyon Grille’s new smoker — BBQ for the gents. Wine is half price every Thursday night and there’s brunch every Sunday from 11am-2pm.
Kid’s Club
Canyon Grille understands the hectic lives of parents, especially when you have youngsters. That’s why every Friday night from 6pm-8pm Canyon Grille hosts parents and kiddos, but not necessarily together …
Yep, you can have a romantic dinner for two while your kiddos are fed and entertained by Canyon Grille “wranglers” who keep them busy on the Rough Hollow grounds with fun activities. The wrangler fee is $20 per child, but come on, so worth it!
Supporting the Community
Canyon Grille uses its one day off to help support the community. On Mondays, when the restaurant is closed, it’s available for fundraisers and non-profit events. After all, a good relationship with community makes for a special experience for patrons.
Crawfish Boil
This Sunday is the perfect opportunity to check out Canyon Grille at their 8th Annual Crawfish Boil. Food, live music, pool access, and family fun. Tickets for adults and children are on sale now. Noon-5pm.
