What a wonderful year it has been, Lake Travis friends! We have so much to be grateful for and so much to look forward to in 2015. In the spirit of celebrating New Year’s Eve, we picked our favorite NYE toasts and quotes, from the brainy to the boozy. For most of us it’s time to pack up the ornaments and the festive decorations, so we thought we’d share a few helpful items with you to make your post-Christmas clean-up a little bit easier. There are many places throughout Lake Travis where you can drop off your tree for disposal/recycling.
If you decorated a roadside tree in the area to “Keep Austin Weird,” don’t forget to clean up that tree as well. We have to keep Austin beautiful too!

It’s time to bid farewell to 2014 and usher in 2015! Yep, New Year’s Eve is right around the corner and there’s still time to make reservations at your favorite Lake Travis spot. There are plenty of NYE celebrations and parties to choose from with something for everyone — live music, delicious food and wine pairings and a glass (or two) of bubbly.
